Sapin Guardians will become your child’s legal guardian upon arrival into AUSTRALIA. We will support the boarding school during the term, and take full responsibility for your child’s welfare at times when the school is closed such as half-term and weekends. In particular, we will provide a host family for your child to stay with and arrange necessary transport.
Our host families can range from a man and wife with young children, to retired grandparents whose own children have grown up.

We can provide long and short-term guardianship for students. Our fees have been structured to allow us to provide quality care at the lowest possible cost. We have a number of payment options to assist parents.
Guardianship Application Fee is not refundable once received.
Prepaid Guardianship Fees are only refunded if the Visa is refused (Refusal letter need to be sighted).
For requests to change the Guardian after arrival, the first three (3) months of Guardianship fees are not refunded. The balance of Guardianship fees will be refunded provided the new Guardian is an approved Guardian by the student's educational institute.

Sapin Guardians have the ability/authority to:

• Approve excursions, changes to accommodation arrangements and breaks in study
• Liaise with Department of Immigration
• Liaise directly with College academic and support teams to ensure attendance requirements are met and notify you of any issues.
